Marcus Carbajal, CEO
Marcus is a driven entrepreneur with a strong belief in integrity, hard work and the premise that business is built on relationships, one at a time.
Marcus works with clients on both the demand side and the supply side of capital markets and logistics transactions. He connects buyers’ and sellers’ in real time or over time, and helps determine a market price, so that transactions can occur and funds can be allocated efficiently.
Marcus works with commercial banks, specialty finance companies, insurance companies and asset managers to design and deploy customized funding and liquidity solutions such as securitization, structured asset sales, leveraged leasing, hedging and term funding for ARC clients.
He has been managed over $2B worth of commercial real estate transactions during his career.
He received his BA and MBA from Northwestern University and is a former Army Ranger Captain.

Liz Stephan, JD, COO & General Counsel
Liz, a former tax partner at KPMG, Of Counsel at Greenberg Traurig, and SVP at National Financial Partners, is ARC's COO. Liz brings a wealth of experience in a myriad of areas including transaction structuring, marketing and project management. She received her BA in Philosophy from St. John's College Annapolis, MD and her JD from George Mason School of Law where she was an Associate Editor of the Law Review.
She is a member of the Virginia Bar Association.

Mark Miszuk, AIA, LEED AP, Consulting Architect
Over the past 15 years Mark has supervised and managed significant projects, including the Amsterdam Bridge Buildings, Chestnut Tower and the ABN-Amro Headquarters. Mark is involved with the entire process, managing projects from conception, design phases and construction. Mark also manages staff, legal, and financial departments. Mark received a Master of Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL), is registered in the State of Illinois and is a member of the United States Green Buildings Council (LEED AP).

Larry, is the CEO of Alcor Construction in Chicago, Illinois and works with ARC as our go-to project management Guru. Alco has established an outstanding reputation in the construction industry.
